Refund and Exchange Period
You have a window of 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.
 
Eligibility for Refund/Exchange 
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defected Items 

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defected, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can address the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items, such as special orders or personalized items, cannot be returned. Please note that Apres Midi items are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and then make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is processed.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and issued after item inspection within 14 days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
