The Shipping Fees in Egypt:

Cairo: 60 EGP

Other Governorates:  110 EGP

South Sinai, North coast, Hurghada and Matrouh: 160 EGP

Delivery Policy

Orders are processed, dispatched and delivered Sunday to Thursday only. Orders are not processed, dispatched or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays  or on a national holiday will be processed the following business day. Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and dispatch. While most orders are ready for dispatch within 24 hours of placing your order, some orders take additional time. Please allow 48 hours for processing. All orders placed after 10.00 AM will begin processing the following business day. We reserve the right to hold orders for verification.

Delivery times are 2-4 days Locally. All orders shipped to local governorates are delivered within 6 Business Days.

Business days are Sunday to Thursday , excluding weekends and holidays.

Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holidays.

During the delivery process, opening the package is now available.

Delivery dates 

Your order is delivered within 2-7 working days depending on your location and the time it has been processed for shipment, by UPS, at the address provided in your order. 

Return or Exchange cases

Please note that in case of returns or exchanges you will need to return the entire shipment rather than keeping a partial selection.

In case of returns please make a request and we will issue a refund once item is taken by the courier and inspected. The refund will be transferred back to you within 14 days.

Lost Items

Orders will be delivered to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that address is compliant with the restrictions listed on www.FAZZALI.com All purchases from FAZZALI.com are made pursuant to the terms and conditions found on the website. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from the website pass to the buyer upon delivery of the items to the carrier. The buyer is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost items.
